Birnam Institute Players (BIPS) has been in existence in its present form since 2002 although its roots go back many years. It is the Drama Club for the Dunkeld and Birnam area and its surrounding districts. Membership is open to anyone interested in drama whether onstage, backstage or front of house. New members are always welcome. We meet most Mondays in the Birnam Institute at 7.30pm.
