Assault Within Tent by Bob Davidson
Assault Within Tent by Bob Davidson was one of two BIPS entries for the SCDA festival of one act plays for 2008. The play was placed third and went through from the district round, to the divisional round which was held in the Aberdeen Arts Centre. We were well pleased. The Cast was Jan Silburn, Benita Wylie, Wendy Huggins, Mary MacDonald, Helen Mitchell, Karen Yellowlees, Lana Cullens and Bob Davidson. Bob also had the honour of directing. The play was commended in the 2008 Scott Salver competition. Bob was lucky enough to win the Scott Salver the same year with Mayday Mayday Mayday. This was a good year for BIPS - The Pearl of Great Price by BIPS member Keith Simpson won the Scottish Life and Character award in the same competition.
